摘　　要：文章以孟加拉国库尔纳水厂综合楼为例,详细介绍了在IEC标准下对建筑物的防雷设计中可能存在的各种风险的计算,并在此基础上合理确定了防雷措施,对类似工程具有很好的借鉴指导意义。This article takes the Khulna Water Plant’s comprehensive building in Bangladesh as an example to introduce in detail the calculation of various risks that may exist in the lightning protection design of buildings under the IEC standard.It also determines the lightning protection measures reasonably on this basis,which has a good reference and guidance significance for similar projects.
