摘　　要：文章是以国内某机场视频监控系统改造项目的时间管理为例,针对目前我国在工程领域关于时间管理的不规范、不成熟等问题进行分析、研究及探索。由此证明,在项目管理的过程中,项目的时间管理至关重要。Taking the time management of a domestic airport video surveillance system transformation project as an example,this paper analyzes,studies and explores the problems of time management in the engineering field of China,such as non-standard,immature and so on.This proves that in the process of project management,project time management is crucial.
