城市医养类建筑设计之“养空间”设计探析——以某医院医养康复中心医养楼设计为例

摘　　要：医养结合模式的关键作用在于“养护”、“医疗”与辅助管理三大类别统筹兼顾,此模式有效解决高龄、无法自理、空巢以及患病的老人们的治疗与养老等各种需求。文章以河南省职工医院医养康复中心医养楼设计为例,探索医养类建筑中“养空间”的设计,通过对医养康复中心医养楼“医养结合”模式的可行性分析,对项目场地规划、平面布局模式、医养楼的功能设计,体现造型设计中的“养”理念,力求探索新型医养结合的康复类建筑。The key role of the medical-care combination mode lie in the overall consideration of the three parts:"maintenance","medical treatment"and auxiliary management.It is helpful to meet the multiple medical and pension needs of the elderly,disabled,empty nest and sick.Taking the design of the medical and nursing building of the medical and nursing rehabilitation center of Henan Staff Hospital as an example,this paper explores the design of"nursing space"in medical and nursing buildings.Through the feasibility analysis of the mode of"combination of medical and nursing"in the medical and nursing building of medical and nursing rehabilitation center,it embodies the concept of"nourishing"in the shape design for the project site planning and the functional design of the medical and nursing building in the plane layout mode,and strives to explore new rehabilitation architecture combining medical and nursing.
