摘　　要：目的分析胸腔镜辅助下钛镍记忆合金钢板内固定对肋骨多发性骨折患者肺通气的影响。方法选择2020年8月至2021年8月本院收治的肋骨多发性骨折患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例。研究组采用胸腔镜辅助下钛镍记忆合金钢板内固定,对照组行传统切开内复位固定术。对比两组患者临床疗效及对肺通气功能的影响。结果治疗后,研究组术后恢复情况优于对照组,血氧分压(PaO_(2))高于对照组,二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组,肺通气功能改善情况优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肋骨多发性骨折患者采用胸腔镜辅助下钛镍记忆合金钢板内固定进行治疗,可改善肺通气功能、血气指标,减少并发症发生率,提升治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of thoracoscopic internal fixation with titanium-nickel shape memory alloy plates on lung ventilation function in patients with multiple rib fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with multiple rib fractures admitted in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was internally fixed with a titanium-nickel memory alloy plate assisted by thoracoscopy,and the control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixed.The clinical efficacy and pulmonary ventilation function of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,postoperative recovery in the study group was better than that in the control group,PaO_(2) in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that in the control group,improvement of pulmonary ventilation function was better than that in the control group,incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of multiple rib fractures internal fixation with titanium-nickel memory alloy plate assisted by thoracoscopy can improve the patient's lung ventilation function and blood gas indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the treatment effect.
