项目推动科研院所人才培养的实践与思考--以北京市农林科学院为例

摘　　要：加强农业科研院所人才培养对于促进农业科技创新,提升自身竞争力、影响力具有至关重要的作用。以项目拉动人才培养作为人才培养的一种重要方式,对于科研院所科技人才培养作用重大。文章以北京市农林科学院为例,介绍了该院项目拉动人才培养的举措,分析了存在的问题,提出了稳定经费投入、整合资源全院联动、探索建立人才培养专项考核及激励机制等推动项目拉动人才培养的对策建议。Strengthening the cultivation of talents in agricultural scientific research institutes is of vital importance to promoting agricultural technological innovation and enhancing its own competitiveness and influence.As an important form of talent training,project-driven talent training is of great significance to the training of scientific and technological talents in scientific research institutes.Taking Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,measures taken by the academy for promote talent training by projects were introduced in the paper.The existing problems were analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions put forward,such as stable funding,integration of resources,and the establishment of a special assessment and incentive mechanism for talent training.
