摘　　要：文章以河北省农林科学院滨海农业研究所为例,分析了地方农业科研院所青年科研人员现状,针对研究所对青年科研人员培养重视程度不够,青年科研人员普遍存在研究方向不明确、工作和生活压力大、福利待遇低等问题,结合自身探索与实践,从科研定位、激励制度、人文关怀、学术氛围、平台条件等方面提出了加强青年科研人员培养的对策,以期为今后做好青年科研人才的培养工作提供借鉴和参考。Taking Institute of Coastal Agriculture, Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example, the current situation of young researchers in local agricultural research institutes was analyzed in the paper. There are problems in research institute, such as train young researchers attention degree is not enough, research direction of more young researchers is not clear, work and life are in stress, low welfare treatment, etc. Combined with their own exploration and practice, countermeasures were put forward, such as positioning of scientific research, incentive mechanism, giving humanistic care, building academic atmosphere, setting up of platform. This will provide reference for doing a good job in the future training of young scientific research personnel.
