摘　　要：文章梳理了当前农业科研单位科研经费使用中常见问题的主要表现形式,分析了产生问题的主要原因,并从加强教育引导、严格规范管理、强化风险防控、加大惩处力度等方面提出了加强科研经费使用风险防控的措施,以期为科研单位加强科研经费的管理提供参考,为科技人员科研经费的规范使用提供借鉴。Problems in usage of current agricultural research funds was analyzed in the paper by combing the main form of common problems.Main causes of these problems were analyzed.Targeted management of countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as strengthen education guidance,strict standard management,strengthen risk prevention and control,increase punishment,etc.This will provide reference for strengthening management of scientific research funds and provide reference for standardized use of scientific research funds.
