构建农业科研院所荣誉表彰体系的路径探讨--以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：构建科学合理的荣誉表彰体系对于农业科研院所促进人才成长、营造见贤思齐的良好氛围和提升凝聚力有着重要作用。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,分析了农业科研院所荣誉表彰的现状及存在的问题,并结合荣誉表彰体系管理的实践经验,从构建科学公正的荣誉评审标准、分类全面的荣誉框架体系以及规范正向的荣誉保障机制等方面探讨了荣誉表彰体系构建的关键环节、有效路径和主要措施。The establishment of a scientific and reasonable system of honor and commendation plays an important role in promoting the growth of talents in agricultural research institutes,creating a good atmosphere of emulating and enhancing cohesion.Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of honor recognition in agricultural research institutes,and combined with the practical experience of the honor system management,the key link and the effective ways to construct the honor system were discussed from the aspects of establishing a scientific and fair honor evaluation standard,a comprehensive honor frame system and a standardized and positive honor guarantee mechanism.
