摘　　要：哈长城市群城镇发展质量及其在时间和空间尺度上的演变,对经济社会发展具有重要意义。本文从经济、社会、生态三个维度构建了城镇质量评价指标体系,对哈长城市群进行评价,并运用TOPSIS法、引力模型和地理探测器对2010—2018年城镇发展时空演变和影响因素进行研究。结果表明:第一,哈长城市群城镇质量在时间尺度上呈现波动上升趋势,在空间上呈“核心—边缘”结构分布。第二,各城市间经济社会空间联系强度在2010—2014年略有下降,2014年哈长城市群建设提出后,城市群空间一体化进程加速。第三,GDP总量、全社会固定资产投资、地方财政收入、每万人在校大学生数、城镇职工养老保险参保人数、社会消费品零售总额是影响哈长城市群高质量发展的重要因素。The urban development quality and its evolution in time and space scale in Harbin-Changchun Urban agglomeration are of great significance to economic and social development.In this paper,an urban quality evaluation index system was constructed from three dimensions of economy,society and ecology to evaluate Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration,and TOPSIS method,gravity model and geographic detector were used to study the space-time evolution and influencing factors of urban development from 2010 to 2018.The results show that:First,the urban quality of Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration presents a fluctuating rising trend in time scale,and a“core-edge”structure in space.Second,the intensity of economic and social spatial connection among cities decreased slightly from 2010 to 2014.After the Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration construction was proposed in 2014,the process of spatial integration of urban agglomerations accelerated.Third,GDP,social fixed asset investment,local fiscal revenue,the number of college students per ten thousand people,the number of urban workers participating in the pension insurance,and the total retail sales of social consumer goods are the important factors affecting the high-quality development of Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration.
