摘  要:耕地生态承载力供需平衡研究可以科学有效地指导土地利用规划和国家发展规划的制定以及耕地占补平衡战略的研究,从而促进农业可持续发展。本文以九大农业区为研究单元,采用“国家标准的耕地生态足迹”模型修正“均衡因子”和“产量因子”,构建耕地供需平衡模型,评价分析中国2020年耕地生态供需平衡状况。结果表明:第一,九大农业区对耕地需求程度差异不大,而人均耕地生态承载力水平呈现出明显地区不均衡性;第二,我国整体处于中度超载状态,耕地生态承载力供需平衡矛盾突出,生态赤字区与盈余区几近相同面积的土地上,承载了盈余区3倍多的人口数量,耕地生态压力巨大。从空间格局看“,胡焕庸线”东南侧多为耕地赤字区域,西北侧多为耕地盈余区域。The evaluation of the balance between supply and demand of the ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land can scientifically and effectively guide the formulation of land use planning and national development planning,as well as the research on the balance strategy of cultivated land occupation and supplement,so as to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.This paper takes nine agricultural regions as the research unit,uses the“National Standard Cultivated Land Ecological Footprint”algorithm to correct the“equilibrium factor”and“yield factor”,constructs a cultivated land supply and demand balance model,and conducts a systematic evaluation of China’s cultivated land ecological supply and demand balance in 2020.The results show that:first,the nine major agricultural regions have little difference in the degree of demand for cultivated land,and the level of ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land per capita shows obvious regional imbalance;second,my country as a whole is in a state of moderate overload,and the ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land is in balance between supply and demand.The contradiction is prominent.The land in the ecological deficit area and the surplus area bears more than three times the population of the surplus area,and the ecological pressure on the cultivated land is huge.From the perspective of spatial pattern,the southeast side of the“Hu Huanyong Line”is mostly a cultivated land deficit area,and the northwest side is mostly a cultivated land surplus area.
