棉花滩水库浮游植物群落结构演替及影响因素分析

摘  要:棉花滩水库下游出口即为闽粤交界处.地理位置极为重要,然而目前缺少对棉花滩水库浮游植物时空特征系统研究结果。为探究棉花滩浮游植物的群落演替特征及影响因素,在2019年、2020年对棉花滩水库开展系统水生态环境监测。结果显示:棉花滩浮游植物样品中共发现6门63属,其中绿藻门21属,占浮游植物总数的33.3%。小环藻出现频率最高.达到93.7%。监测期总藻密度变化范围位于1.10×10^(5)cells/L-3.14×10^(7)cell/L,平均值为8.40×10^(6)<cell/L。库区浮游植物整体呈现硅藻-绿藻型,水质属于中营养状态。通过对藻类及相关环境因子开展梯度分析可知。水温、总氮、正磷酸盐等是影响藻类群落演替的主要影响因素。The downstream of Mianhuatan Reservoir is the junction of Fujian and Guangdong,and the geographical location is very important.However,there have been a lack of systematic research results on the temporal and spatial characteristics of phytoplankton in the Mianhuatan Reservoir.In order to explore the succession of phytoplankton community and influencing factors,field monitoring of water ecological environment were carried out in 2019 and 2020 in the Mianhuatan Reservoir.The results showed that 63 genera in 6 phyla were found during this period,in which 21 genera were Chlorophyta,accounting for 33.3%of the total number of phytoplankton.The highest frequency of Chlorella was 93.7%.The total,algae density ranged from 1.10×10^(5)to 3.14×10^(7)cells/L during the monitoring period,with an average of 8.40×10^(6)cells/L.Therefore,the type of phytoplankton were diatoma-green and the water quality was in mesotrophic state.The gradient analysis of algae and related environmental factors showed that temperature,total nitrogen,orthophosphate were the main factors affecting the succession of algae communities.
