摘　　要：宫颈功能不全(CI)是导致育龄女性反复中孕期流产及早产的重要原因,宫颈环扎术(CC)是目前治疗育龄女性CI的唯一有效方法。目前,国内外评价不同种类缝线对CC治疗育龄女性CI疗效影响的研究尚少,而且研究结论尚未达成共识。笔者拟对国内外CC治疗育龄女性CI时所采用的不同种类缝线特点、CC疗效评价及对妊娠结局影响等的最新研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床医师对CI育龄女性进行CC选择合适缝线提供参考。Cervical incompetence(CI)is an important cause of repeated second trimester miscarriage and premature birth in women of reproductive age.Cervical cerclage(CC)is an unique and effective method for treatment of women of reproductive age with CI.At present,there are not enough literature at home and abroad evaluating curative effect of CC with different types of sutures for treatment of women of reproductive age with CI,and there is no consensus on research conclusions.The latest research progress of the characteristics of different types of sutures in CC for treatment of women of reproductive age with CI,the evaluation of curative effects of CC and its impact on pregnancy outcomes are reviewed,in order to provide a reference for clinicians to choose suitable sutures in CC for treatment of women of reproductive age with CI.
