摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等试验设备,对硅溶胶-电熔刚玉粉型壳表面“墨点”进行宏观、微观分析,结合铸件表面缺陷在不同形态下的形貌,分析了型壳表面“墨点”及铸件表面麻点缺陷形成机理。研究结果表明:型壳面层粉料粒度单峰值、面层料浆不致密以及型壳背层砂中“黑砂”三项因素导致型壳面层出现“墨点”、铸件表面麻点缺陷,当采用单峰值刚玉粉制备面层型壳时,面层料浆工艺参数粘度45~50 s、涂层厚度0.09~0.1 mm,可有效解决型壳“墨点”问题及铸件表面“凹坑”缺陷。The ink points on the surface of silica sol fused corundum powder mold shell were analyzed macroscopically and microscopically by using experimental equipment such as optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. Combined with the morphology of casting surface defects under different forms, the formation mechanism of the ink point on the surface of the mold shell and pitting defects on the surface of the casting were analyzed. The results showed that single peak particle size, nondensity of surface layer and black sand led to the appearance of the ink point. When the single-peak corundum powder was used to prepare surfacelayer shells, it plays a vital role in controlling the viscosity and coating thinkness of the shell surface layer,and effectively controlling the content of black sand in the black layer.
