摘  要:本文对全球首艘10万吨级深水半潜式生产储油平台“深海一号”能源站的压排载系统的设计过程和要点进行了阐述。通过分析船级社规范对柱稳式半潜平台压排载系统的设计要求,结合项目本身结构特点和应用需求,对“深海一号”压排载系统进行展开式的分析和破损稳性模拟计算,证明系统在满足船级社规范的前提下,能实现多个压载舱同时压排载或倒舱并提高排载泵的吸入性能,且双环网把4个节点的排载泵连接起来,较传统单环网设计大大提高了系统冗余度和安全性。This paper described the design and the main points of the ballast and de-ballast system of the energy station of“Deep Sea No.1”,the world's first 100000 ton deepwater semi-submersible production storage platform.By analyzing the design requirements of the ballast and de-ballast system of the column-stabilized semi-submersible platform in accordance with the regulations of the Classification Society,the expansion analysis and damage stability simulation calculation of the ballast and de-ballast system of“Deep Sea No.1”were conducted in combination with the structural features of the project and application requirements to prove that the system can achieve simultaneous ballast and de-ballast or re-stowage of multiple ballast tanks and improve the suction performance of discharge pumps under the premise of meeting the regulations of the Classification Society.F urther,the discharge pumps at four nodes were connected by dual ring headers.which greatly improved system redundancy and safety compared with the traditional single ring headers.
