摘　　要：本文以“深海一号”能源站组块为例,阐明了420 MPa高强钢的材料特点和海洋平台项目中应用的注意事项。包括材料性能,采办注意事项,高强钢焊接,高强钢卷制,高强钢建造质量控制等几个方面进行阐述。本文的相关经验做法可为今后其他半潜式平台设计和建造提供参考。Taking Deep-sea No.1 energy station as an example,this paper illustrates the material characteristics of 420 Mpa high strength steel and the differences in the construction process,including material properties,procurement precautions,welding of high-strength steel,coiling of high-strength steel,and quality control of high-strength steel construction,etc.The relevant experience in this paper can provide reference for the design of other semi-submersible platforms in the future.
