不孕症患者在实施人工授精治疗中临床护理干预对其妊娠结局、睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究不孕症患者实施人工授精治疗中临床护理干预对其妊娠结局、睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月本院生殖医学科收治的60例接受人工授精治疗的患者作为研究对象,通过计算机随机方法将患者分为对照组和试验组,每组30例,对照组患者进行常规护理干预,试验组患者进行临床护理干预,对两组患者护理前后的妊娠结局和睡眠质量进行对比。结果相比于护理前,两组护理后的SDS评分、SAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);且相比于对照组,试验组护理后的SDS评分、SAS评分降低幅度更显著(P<0.05)。相比于护理前,两组护理后的各项HHI评分均明显上升(P<0.05);且相比于对照组,试验组护理后的各项HHI评分上升幅度更显著(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,试验组护理后的精子活动率、精子总数、精液浓度、精液量等精液参数指标均显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组患者的妊娠率以及成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的睡眠质量优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不孕症的患者在人工授精治疗中对其进行临床护理干预,不仅能对其心理状态进行改善,还能让其希望水平显著提高,对精液质量进行改善,最终有效改善患者的妊娠结局,提高患者的睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome and sleep quality of infertile patients undergoing artificial insemination treatment.Methods Selection in October 2019 to October 2020 in our hospital of 60 patients admitted in reproductive medicine in patients undergoing artificial insemination treatment as the research target,through the computer random method divided the patients into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group of patients.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the experimental group received clinical nursing intervention.Pregnancy outcome and sleep quality were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Compared with before nursing,SDS score and SAS score of the two groups after nursing were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,SDS score and SAS score of the experimental group decreased more significantly after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,HHI scale scores of both groups increased significantly after nursing(P<0.05).Moreover,compared with the control group,the HHI scale scores of the experimental group increased significantly after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the sperm activity rate,sperm total number,semen concentration,semen volume and other semen parameters in the experimental group were significantly increased after nursing(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate and success rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For infertility patients in artificial insemination treatment,clinical nursing intervention,not only can improve their psychological state,but also can make their hope level significantly improved,improve semen quality,ultimately to effectively improve the pregnancy outc
