摘 要:目的探讨在尿常规检验中使用尿液干化学检验法与尿沉渣检验法检验的价值。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月来我院进行尿常规检验人员58例,留取每个人员的尿液标本90 mL,将其均分为3份,每份30 mL,采取尿液干化学检验法的人员作为A组,采取尿沉渣检验法的人员作为B组,采取2种方法联合检验的人员作为C组。对以上3组检验人员尿液中的白细胞检验结果和红细胞检验结果进行观察。结果临床检验结果显示,A组尿液干化学检验法的红细胞阳性检出率为44.83%(26/58)、白细胞阳性检出率为37.93%(22/58);B组尿沉渣检验法的红细胞阳性检出率为27.59%(16/58)、白细胞阳性检出率为48.28%(28/58);C组2种检验方法联合检验法的红细胞阳性检出率为65.52%(38/58)、白细胞阳性检出率为68.97%(40/58),以上数据均录入统计学软件中进行计算,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);敏感度对比,从高到低为C组、B组、A组,特异度对比为C组、B组、A组,两两对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尿常规检验中使用尿液干化学检验法与尿沉渣检验法联合检验的效果最佳,单独使用尿液干化学检验法检验红细胞阳性率较高,单独使用尿沉渣检验法检验白细胞阳性率较高,2种检验方法各有优势,但联合使用检验准确率更高。Objective To investigate the value of dry chemical test and sediment test in routine urine test.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,choose to our routine urine inspection personnel 58 cases,to return every staff urine samples of 90 mL,divide three parts,each 30 mL,take the staff as A group of urine dry chemistry test,take the urine sediment test test as group B,joint inspection personnel to take two methods as group C.The results of white blood cell test and red blood cell test in urine of the three groups were observed.Results The clinical test results showed that the positive erythrocyte detection rate and leucocyte positive detection rate were 44.83%(26/58)and 37.93%(22/58)in group A.The positive detection rate of erythrocyte and leucocyte in group B was 27.59%(16/58)and 48.28%(28/58).The positive detection rate of red blood cells and white blood cells in group C was 65.52%(38/58)and 68.97%(40/58),respectively.The above data were recorded in the statistical software for calculation,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity comparison from high to low was group C,group B and group A,and the specificity comparison was group C,group B and group A.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Use in routine urine test urine dry chemistry test and urinary sediment test,inspection,joint inspection effect best,single use urine dry chemistry test inspection of red blood cells positive rate is higher,used alone urinary sediment inspection test WBC higher positive rate,two kinds of test methods have their own advantages,but the combination of test accuracy is higher.
