膝关节镜手术中的护理配合方法及应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析膝关节镜手术中的护理配合方法及应用效果观察。方法选取60例膝关节镜手术患者作为观察对象,病例纳入时间2019年6月至2020年6月,随机对患者分组,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组实施优质护理配合,对比两组的手术指标、护理满意度和并发症。结果观察组手术时间(45.23±13.23)min,下床时间(2.45±1.19)d,住院时间(6.25±0.52)d均短于对照组的(67.84±10.32)min、(4.92±1.17)d、(8.53±0.88)d,数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;和对照组比较,观察组护理满意度较高(70.00%vs.93.33%),两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组并发症比对照组低(6.68%vs.26.67%),两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论膝关节镜手术中应用优质护理配合方式可以有效控制并发症,促进患者康复,缩短手术时间,取得患者满意。Objective To analyze the nursing cooperation method and application effect observation in knee arthroscopy.Methods Sixty patients with knee arthroscopy were selected as the observation objects.The cases were included from June 2019 to June 2020.The patients were randomly divided into group with routine nursing intervention in the control group.The observation group performed high-quality nursing cooperation to compare the surgical indicators,nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was(45.23±13.23)minutes,the time to get out of bed(2.45±1.19)days,and the hospitalization time(6.25±0.52)days were lower than those of the control group(67.84±10.32)minutes,(4.92±1.17)days,(8.53±0.88)days.The data was significantly different,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the observation group's nursing satisfaction was higher(70.00%vs.93.33%),the difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05.The observation group had fewer complications than the control group(6.68%vs.26.67%),and the difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing cooperation in knee arthroscopy can effectively control complications,promote patient recovery,reduce operation time,and achieve patient satisfaction.
