舒适化护理结合线上探视模式用于重症监护室患者中的作用

摘　　要：目的评价舒适化护理结合线上探视模式用于重症监护室患者中的作用。方法选取2020年1~12月我院重症监护室收治的106例患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=53)、研究组(n=53),对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组患者予以舒适化护理结合线上探视护理,观察两组患者的并发症发生率、舒适度、情绪状态及家属护理满意度。结果研究组并发症发生率为5.67%,与对照组的22.63%相比明显降低(P<0.05);研究组患者护理舒适度评分为(95.81±6.93)分,与对照组的(84.69±7.02)分相比明显升高(P<0.05);护理前,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分相近,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SDS、SAS评分与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05);研究组家属病情保证、获取信息、接近患者、获得支持、自身舒适满意度评分与对照组相比明显提升(P<0.05)。结论舒适化护理结合线上探视模式用于重症监护室患者护理中的效果显著,能够减少并发症的发生,提升其舒适度,改善患者情绪状态,提升家属护理满意度。Objective To evaluate the role of comfort nursing combined with online visiting mode in patients in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 106 patients admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=53)and the study group(n=53)by random number table,and the patients in the control group were given routine care,the study group was given comfortable nursing combined with online visitation nursing,the incidence of complications,comfort,emotional state and nursing satisfaction of family members were observed.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.67%,which was significantly lower than 22.63% in the control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing comfort in the study group(95.81±6.93)was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.69±7.02)(P<0.05).Before nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the two groups were similar,and the comparison was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of family members'condition assurance,access to information,access to patients,support and self comfort satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing combined with online visiting mode has a significant effect in the nursing of patients in intensive care unit.It can reduce complications,improve comfort,improve the emotional state of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
