摘　　要：目的探讨Y-Z型磁力肝门阻断带的临床应用效果。方法根据临床手术中对第一肝门血流阻断需求,设计了Y-Z型磁力肝门阻断带。临床上对一名开腹下行肝癌切除术的患者利用Y-Z型磁力肝门阻断带实施第一肝门阻断,术中B超检测肝动脉及门静脉血流,评价阻断效果。结果Y-Z型磁力肝门阻断带由一枚圆柱形磁体和数枚球形磁体按照一定的规律排列并嵌入到12Fr的T型管内制作而成。临床应用结果显示,Y-Z型磁力肝门阻断带使用方便,对门静脉和肝动脉血流阻断效果良好。结论Y-Z型磁力肝门阻断带设计巧妙、制作简单、使用方便、血流阻断效果良好,可在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Y-Z magnetic hepatic portal blocking band.Methods The Y-Z magnetic hepatic portal blocking band was designed according to the requirement of the first hepatic portal occlusion in clinical operation.In clinic,a patient undergoing hepatocellular carcinoma resection underwent first hilar occlusion with Y-Z magnetic hilar occlusion band.Intraoperative B ultrasound was used to detect hepatic artery and portal vein blood flow and evaluate the occlusion effect.Results The Y-Z magnetic hepatic portal blocking band consisted of a cylindrical magnet and several spherical magnets arranged in a certain pattern and inserted into a 12Fr T-shaped tube.The results of clinical application showed that Y-Z magnetic hepatic portal blocking band was convenient to use and had good effect on portal vein and hepatic artery blood flow blocking.Conclusion Y-Z magnetic hepatic portal blocking band has the advantages of clever design,simple manufacture,convenient use,good effect of blood flow blocking,and can be popularized in clinical application.
