基于SPD模式下低值耗材拆零三级库精细化管理的研究及探讨

摘　　要：目的探究供给-分拆加工-配送(Supply-Processing-Distribution,SPD)供应链管理模式下低值耗材拆零三级库的应用,解决低值耗材计费与成本的精准核算问题。方法基于SPD管理模式,对医院低值耗材管理进行流程再造及拆零三级库管理,建立医用耗材在护理单元的追溯体系,分析耗材成本与收入的变化情况。结果实验组耗材成本数量与收入数量差异均低于对照组数量,低值耗材拆零三级库下,耗材成本与收入数量差值最高,同比降低99.5%,最低96.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。建立的低值可计费耗材的全生命周期闭环追溯体系,能实现低值可计费耗材的精准成本核算及三级库商业智能大数据智能分析。结论本研究通过在SPD模式下实施低值可计费耗材拆零三级库的管理应用,有效地降低了耗材临床使用中的“跑冒滴漏”情况,可为广大医疗机构低值耗材的精细化管理提供参考。Objective To explore the application of low-value consumables disassembling three-level warehouse under the supply chain management mode of supply-processing-distribution(SPD),and to solve the problem of low-value consumables billing and accurate accounting of cost.Methods Based on SPD management mode,the process reengineering and disassembling three-level warehouse management of hospital low-value consumables were carried out,the traceability system of medical consumables in nursing unit was established,and the changes of consumables cost and income were analyzed.Results The difference between the cost and income of consumables in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.Under the disassemblingthreelevel warehouse of low-value consumables,the difference between the cost and income of consumables was the highest,with a yearon-year decrease of 99.5%and the lowest of 96.9%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The established life-cycle closed-loop traceability system of low-value chargeable consumables can realize accurate cost accounting of low-value chargeable consumables and intelligent analysis of three-level database business intelligence big data.Conclusion This project implements the application of disassembling three-level warehouse for medical low-value consumables based on SPD management,significantly reduces the leakage and venting of medical consumables in clinical use,and provides demonstration and reference for accurate management of medical consumables in public hospitals.
