摘 要:文章通过构建动态空间杜宾模型,探究2009—2020年中国高技术产业集聚、技术溢出对碳生产率的影响。结果显示:高技术产业集聚显著推动碳生产率提升;同时,技术溢出在高技术产业集聚对碳生产率的影响中具有正向杠杆效应。就产业异质性而言,高技术制造业集聚对碳生产率的提升效能大于高技术服务业,但技术溢出对高技术服务业的调节作用大于高技术制造业。就地区异质性而言,西部地区高技术产业集聚对碳生产率的提升作用高于东、中部地区。因此,应当推进高技术产业供给侧改革、优化区域高技术产业资源配置、打造西部地区高技术产业集聚园区,着力推进高技术产业绿色发展。By constructing a dynamic spatial Dubin model,it explores the impact of Chinese high-tech industry agglomeration and technology spillover on carbon productivity from 2009 to 2020.The results show that the agglomeration of high-tech industries has signi-ficantly promoted the increase of carbon productivity.Technology spillovers have a positive leverage effect in the impact of the agglomeration of high-tech industries on carbon productivity.In terms of industrial heterogeneity,the agglomeration of high-tech manufa-cturing has a greater effect on improving carbon productivity than high-tech service industries,but technology spillover has a greater regulatory effect on high-tech service industries than high-tech manufacturing.In terms of regional heterogeneity,the agglomeration of high-tech industries in the western region has a higher effect on the improvement of carbon productivity than in the eastern and central regions.Therefore,it is necessary to advance the supply-side reform of high-tech industries,optimize the allocation of regional high-tech industry resources,build high-tech industrial clusters in the west,so as to promoting the green development of high-tech industries.
