基于六经开阖枢理论探讨湿疹证治

摘　　要：六经开阖枢理论最早见于《黄帝内经》,在仲景《伤寒论》中细化为六经三阴三阳开阖枢理论,分别为太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、厥阴、少阴,后世医家对这一理论也进行了发展,开阖枢既可以认为是人体气血津液生发输布循环的管道孔窍,阴阳出入之通路,更是中国传统文化中对万物兴灭、生长、变化、运动规律的总结凝练。本文基于六经开阖枢理论,对湿疹的病因病机、临床分型和治疗进行探讨,以期探寻六经开阖枢在湿疹发生发展治疗中的作用,为临床中湿疹的治疗提供启发。The theory of opening,closing and pivot of the six channels was first put forward in Huangdi Neijing(Inner Canon of Huangdi).In Zhang Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases),it was refined into the theory of opening,closing and pivot of the three yin channels and the three yang channels in the six channels,which were respectively the Taiyang,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Jueyin and Shaoyin,and physicians of later generations also enriched this theory.The opening,closing and pivot of specific channels can be regarded as the orifices for the generation,distribution and circulation of qi,blood and body fluids in the human body,the passages of yin and yang,and also a summary of the laws of birth and death,growth,change and movement of all things in the traditional Chinese culture.Based on the theory of opening,closing and pivot of the six channels,this paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical classification and treatment of eczema,in a bid to explore their roles in the occurrence and development of eczema,and shed insights into its clinical treatment.
