摘　　要：近年来,不寐的发病率在儿科疾病中明显升高。临床湿疹小儿常见不寐,两病相合,相互影响,伴生他症,病情迁延难愈,反复发作,严重影响患儿及家属的生活质量。目前西医认为湿疹与不寐可存在双向促进影响,然用药局限,疗效不著。王有鹏教授认为,导致湿疹小儿不寐其病因病机主要为湿热外袭、痰热内蕴,其中瘙痒作为重要因素可诱发或加重病情,因此治疗以分消走泄为纲,以清热利湿、和胆宁神为法,应用自拟方薏竹温胆汤随症加减,注重身心兼顾,达到湿疹、不寐同治,临床效果显著。本文试从中医角度论述其病因病机特点,并归纳总结王师经验,以求为临床诊治与科研创新提供思路。In recent years,the incidence ofinsomnia has increased significantly in infant patients,and especially clinical eczema in infants is commonly accompanied by it.When the two diseases coincide,they may affect each other and give rise to other symptoms,which may prolong eczema and make it difficult to heal,seriously affecting the life quality ofinfant patients and their families.At present,western medicine agrees that eczema and insomnia can have a two-way promoting effect,but its medication has its limitations,leaving the curative effect not significant.Professor Wang Youpeng maintains that insomnia in children with eczema is mainly caused by the external assault of damp-heat and the internal retention of phlegm-heat,in which pruritus can induce or aggravate the disease as an important factor.Therefore,taking elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis as a treatment principle,adopting the methods of clearing heat and promoting diuresis,harmonizing the gallbladder and calming the mind,he applies flexibly the self-made Yizhu Wendan Decoction according to specific symptoms,paying attention to both the body and the mind so as to achieve a simultaneous treatment of eczema and insomnia with a remarkable clinical effect.This paper tries to discuss its etiology and pathogenesis characteristics from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,and summarize Professor Wang’s experience in this respect in order to provide some ideas for its clinical diagnosis and treatment and scientific research innovation.
