湛江市污水资源化利用对经济发展贡献率的研究

摘　　要：污水资源化利用是水资源供给侧改革的创新举措,对于缓解水资源短缺矛盾、改善水生态环境质量、促进经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。本文利用改进后的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数对湛江市污水资源化利用价值进行分析,结论为污水资源化利用对湛江市经济发展的贡献率为5.59%,且处于规模报酬递增阶段。Sewage resource utilization is an innovative measure of water resources supply-side reform,which is of great significance to alleviate the contradiction of water resources shortage,improve water eco-environment quality and promote sustainable development of economy and society.In this paper,the improved Cobb-Douglas production function is used to analyze the value of wastewater resource utilization in Zhanjiang City,and it is concluded that the contribution rate of wastewater resource utilization to the economic development of Zhanjiang City is 5.59%,and the return to scale is increasing progressively.
