摘  要:既有公共建筑在技术应用、系统调适、精细管理等方面,存在较大的节能降碳潜力,本文通过广泛调研建筑能效提升服务需求,基于在上海40幢既有建筑开展能效提升服务模式探索实践,对形成的技术路径和评价方法进行介绍,并以上海某中心城区15幢大型公共建筑为例,重点介绍能效提升工作概况、评价分析结论、举措应用、提升成效,为既有公共建筑开展能效提升工作,助力建筑双碳目标达成提供模式参考。There are major potentials in energy saving and carbon emission reduction in relation to proper technical application,systematic commissioning and delicacy management for existing public buildings.Through extensive research on the service demand of building energy efficiency improvement,this paper introduces the technical application paths and evaluation methods based on the service mode practices of energy efficiency improvement of 40 existing buildings in Shanghai.By taking 15 large scale public buildings in Shanghai urban proper as examples,the paper introduces the general situation,evaluation and analysis conclusions,technical application measures and actual improvement results of energy efficiency improvement,which could provide valuable reference for the energy efficiency improvement of existing public buildings so as to achieve the double carbon targets in building industry.
