浅谈预制装配式建筑一体化精益安装应用

摘　　要：装配式建筑为促进建筑现代化提供助推作用,而叠合楼板、预制楼梯是装配式建筑中主要的组成部分,具有集成化生产提质增效,利用社会集成化生产提高施工工效、降低产品生产成本,预制构件工艺省略钢筋混凝土楼板架体、模板等工序,将高空架空浇筑变为地面或平面浇筑,使建筑施工质量更高。本文讲述了利用预留预埋可调节支座,解决楼梯安装标高控制难题,节约了施工时间与施工成本。Prefabricated buildings provide a boost to promote building modernization.The laminated floors and prefabricated stairs are the main components of prefabricated buildings,which have integrated production to improve quality,enhance construction efficiency and reduce production costs.The prefabricated component technology has saved the processes such as reinforced concrete floor frame and formwork,and transformed the high-altitude overhead pouring into ground or plane pouring,so as to improve the construction quality.This paper describes how to use the reserved embedded adjustable support to solve the problem of stair elevation control and save the construction time and construction cost.
