摘　　要：目的:调查74590例医院就诊女性的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率、感染亚型及年龄分布情况,对HPV感染特征进行统计分析,为预防HPV感染和宫颈癌筛查提供科学依据。方法:回顾性分析了2011年10月至2020年10月在武汉大学人民医院就诊的74590例女性患者宫颈脱落细胞样本HPV 27种基因分型检测的结果。结果:74590例女性患者标本中,共检出HPV阳性患者12937例,总阳性率为17.34%。感染率前10的高危型HPV亚型依次为:58型3.29%(1778/54076)、16型3.22%(2399/74573)、52型3.21%(2398/74565)、53型1.59%(1112/69762)、56型0.99%(698/70515)、18型0.98%(731/74588)、39型0.96%(676/70517)、51型0.96%(674/70001)、66型0.86%(603/70525)、33型0.74%(551/74568)。HPV感染率最高的年龄段是<25岁(占25.27%),其次是≥55~<65岁(占22.21%)。HPV单一感染率为13.40%,共9994例;双重感染率为3.07%,共2289例;三重感染率为0.64%,共478例;四重及以上感染率为0.24%,共176例。结论:在74590例就诊的女性患者中,最为常见的HPV亚型为58、16、56和53,且HPV单一感染最为常见。HPV感染的两个高峰分别为<25岁和≥55~<65岁,在≥25~<65岁之间的妇女,HPV感染率随年龄增长而增加。Objective:To investigate the human papillomavirus(HPV)infection rate,infection gene subtypes,and age distribution of 74590 women from one medical centre in Wuhan,China,and to further analyze the characteristics of HPV infection to provide scientific basis for the prevention of HPV infection and cervical cancer screening.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the HPV 27 genotyping results of 74590 female patients with cervical exfoliated cell samples treated in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from October 2011 to October 2020.Results:Among the 74590 female patients’specimens,12937 HPV-positive patients were detected,and the total positive rate was 17.34%.The top ten high-risk HPV infection rates were HPV583.29%(1778/54076),HPV163.22%(2399/74573),HPV523.21%(2398/74565),HPV531.59%(1112/69762),HPV560.99%(698/70515),HPV180.98%(731/74588),HPV390.96%(676/70517),HPV510.96%(674/70001),HPV660.86%(603/70525),and HPV330.74%(551/74568).The age group with the highest HPV infection rate was<25 years old(25.27%),followed by≥55-<65 years old(22.21%).The HPV single infection rate was 13.40%with a total of 9994 cases,and the double infection rate was 3.07%with a total of 2289 cases.The triple infection rate was 0.64%with a total of478 cases.Lastly,the quadruple infection rate was 0.24%with a total of 176 cases.Conclusion:Among the 74590 female patients,the most common HPV subtypes were HPV58,HPV16,HPV56,and HPV53,and single HPV infection was the most common.The two peaks of HPV infection were<25 years old and≥55-<65 years old.For women aged≥25-<65 years old,the HPV infection rate increased with age.
