CO_(2)点阵激光联合阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗白色浅表型及远端侧位甲下型甲真菌病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察CO_(2)点阵激光联合阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗白色浅表型及远端侧位甲下型甲真菌病的临床疗效。方法:收集2018年6月至2020年12月在武汉大学中南医院皮肤科门诊就诊的白色浅表型及远端侧位甲下型甲真菌病患者68例,随机分为对照组(32例)及治疗组(36例)。对照组外用阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗,治疗组联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后甲真菌病的临床疗效、真菌清除率及甲真菌病临床评分指数(SCIO评分)。结果:第8次治疗后及疗程结束3个月后治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),真菌清除率均显著增加(P<0.01)。治疗组疗程结束3个月后SCIO评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组患者治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论:CO_(2)点阵激光联合阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗白色浅表型及远端侧位甲下型甲真菌病安全有效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of CO_(2) fractional laser combined with topical Amorolfine cream in the treatment of superficial white onychomycosis(SWO)and distal and lateral subungual onychomycosis(DLSO).Methods:Sixty-eight cases of SWO or DLSO onychomycosis from the dermatology department of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from June 2018 to December 2020 were collected.The patients were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and treatment group(36 cases).The control group was externally treated with topical Amorolfine cream,and the treatment group was treated with Amorolfine combined with CO_(2) fractional laser.Clinical efficacy,fungal clearance rate,and the scoring clinical index for onychomycosis(SCIO)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After the 8th laser treatment and 3 months after the course of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the fungi clearance rate was significantly increased(P<0.01).The SCIO scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group three months after the treatment course(P<0.01).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:CO_(2) fractional laser combined with topical Amorolfine cream is safe and effective in the treatment of SWO and DLSO.
