摘 要:目的:探讨非空腹血脂检测在心血管疾病患者病情程度诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2015年3月—2019年3月到首都医科大学附属北京友谊医就诊并进行血脂检测的心血管疾病患者80例,对所有研究对象分别于同一天空腹(最后1次进食后8~12 h)和早餐后1~2 h取血样3~5 mL,检测其血脂指标,分析其差异性并进行相关性分析。结果:患者在餐后的甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)检测值均高于空腹状态,总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)检测值均低于空腹状态,对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。根据直线相关性分析结果显示,空腹和非空腹患者的TC和TG值均与病程具有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:非空腹检测血脂可有效判断心血管疾病患者的病情,具有较好的临床检验价值。Objective:To explore the clinical value of non fasting blood lipid detection in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.Methods:Eighty patients with cardiovascular diseases in Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University from March 2015 to March 2019 and had blood lipid test were selected.The blood samples of 3-5 mL were extracted on the same day for fasting blood lipids tests(8-12 h after the last meal)and postprandial blood lipids tests(1-2 h after breakfast),respectively,and their differences were compared and their correlation to the curse of disease were analyzed.Results:Postprandial blood TG and HDL-C levels were higher than those in fasting state,while TC and LDL-C levels were lower than those in fasting state(P<0.05).According to the results of linear correlation analysis,the TC and TG values of fasting and postprandial blood samples were significantly correlated with the course of disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non fasting blood lipids test also could be used for the evaluation of the state of cardiovascular disease.
