摘 要:慢性疼痛的发病率逐年升高,严重影响了患者的生活。由于慢性疼痛的发生机制复杂,病因多样,探索新的慢性疼痛治疗措施成为神经科学领域的一大热点。最近的研究表明,骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)能在炎症性疼痛、神经病理性疼痛和癌症性疼痛等慢性疼痛动物模型中产生强大的镇痛作用。本文就骨髓间充质干细胞在慢性疼痛治疗中的研究进展作一综述,并讨论骨髓间充质干细胞在慢性疼痛治疗中的作用前景及存在的问题,为慢性疼痛的治疗提供新的方向。The incidence of chronic pain is increasing,which seriously impacts patients’quality of life.Scientists in the field of neuroscience have been more focused on exploring novel therapeutic strategies for patients with chronic pain due to its diverse etiology and complex mechanism.Recent studies have shown that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)have a powerful analgesic effect on animal models with chronic pain such as inflammatory pain,neuropathic pain,and cancer pain.In this paper,the advances of BMSCs in the treatment of chronic pain were reviewed.The prospects and the related issues of BMSCs-based therapeutic method were also discussed.Our aim is to provide novel evidence for the clinical treatment of chronic pain.
