摘  要:为了获得舒适、亲肤的可穿戴电子产品,将纯棉织物经过一定的预处理后获得柔性基底,在基底上面喷墨打印硝酸银催化剂后,通过沉积镀铜的方法获得铜电极;然后通过点胶的方式将主要成分为聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)-聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(PEDOT︰PSS)的墨水打印在基底上的电极之间,得到热敏传感层,从而制备了新型的柔性温度传感器。通过100次的剥离测试,发现铜电极与基底的附着力良好。性能测试结果表明:在35~52℃的温度范围内传感器电极间的平均电阻温度系数在0.02℃^(-1)以上,灵敏度较高,经过1100次的弯折测试后,传感器在该温度范围内依然保持较高的灵敏度。该成果对可穿戴温度传感器的研发有一定参考意义,在医疗、体育等领域的体温实时监测方面有较大的应用潜力。In order to obtain comfortable and skin-friendly wearable electronic products,cotton fabric is pretreated to obtain a flexible substrate,and after silver nitrate catalyst is printed on it by inkjet,copper electrode is obtained by deposition.Then,the ink mainly composed of PEDOT︰PSS is printed on areas between electrodes on substrate to obtain thermal sensing layer by dispensing,so as to prepare a new type of flexible temperature sensor.The adhesion between copper electrode and substrate is found to be good by stripping test.The performance test results show that the average resistance temperature coefficient of the electrode of the temperature sensor is above 0.02℃^(-1) in the temperature range of 35~52℃,and the sensitivity is high.After 1100 bending tests,the sensor still maintains high sensitivity in the temperature range.The results have certain reference significance for the research and development of wearable temperature sensor,and have application potential in the field of real-time body temperature monitoring in medical,sports and other industries.
