摘  要:OBE理念强调以学生为中心,为革新传统教学模式提供了新思路。基于OBE理念,以《国际金融学》为例,构建三维教学目标体系,反向设计教学活动,运用多样化教学手段,实现以学生“学”为中心、能力素质培养为核心的情景参与式教学,构建全方位、多角度的持续性考评体系,以达到拓宽学习维度、提升学习实效的目的。OBE理念的运用,较好弥补了文科教学“重理论、轻实践”的弊端,对培养应用型人才具有较强的理论研究意义与实际应用价值。The OBE educational concept emphasizes student-centeredness and provides new ideas for innovating traditional teaching models. Based on the OBE educational concept and taking "International Finance" as an example, this paper constructs a three-dimensional teaching goal system, reversely designs teaching activities, uses a variety of teaching methods, to achieve the situational participation teaching as the core of the student learning, ability and quality training. Constructing an omni-directional and multi-angle continuous evaluation system to achieve the purpose of broadening the dimension of learning and enhancing the effectiveness of learning. The application of the OBE educational concept has made up for the shortcomings of "emphasizing theory and neglecting practice" in liberal arts teaching, and has strong theoretical research significance and practical application value for cultivating applied talents.
