摘　　要：农业转移人口市民化是推进新型城镇化建设的重要举措,从人类历史的发展逻辑看,是生产力发展的必然;从马克思主义哲学的逻辑看,是人的全面发展的体现;从政治经济学的发展逻辑看,是生产生活方式的辩证统一。在长期形成的二元户籍制度下,我国农业转移人口在市民化进程中表现出退出动力不足、进入制度抑制、融入主体能力缺乏三个方面的问题,通过多渠道增加资金收益、多层次突破制度阻力、多方面提高主体素质,促进农业转移人口合理退出、有序进入、高效融入。The agricultural transfer of population urbanization is an important action for constructing the new urbanization,from the development logic of human history, is the necessity of developing productivity;Look from the logic of Marxist philosophy,is a reflection of man’s all-round development;From the development of political economics logic, is the dialectical unification of production and living ways.Under the dual household registration system formed for a long time,Show out the process of our urbanization of agricultural population transfer in power into the system, integrated into the main body ability insufficient, and lack of three aspects of the problem,Through multiple channels to increase capital gains, multi-level system of change resistance, improve the quality of the main body, the many sided promoting agricultural transfer of population reasonably orderly exit, order entry, efficient integration.
