高层商务办公建筑设计探索与实践--以福抗创投中心建筑设计为例

摘　　要：以福抗创投中心项目为例,通过对该项目从规划布局到单体建筑方案创作设计策略的解读,重点探析该项目总体布局、流线组织及造型设计的特点。同时,结合新技术、新材料的应用;分享设计过程收集的相关资料和数据,探讨高层办公建筑的设计要点,旨在为类型工程提供更多设计思路、手段和经验。Taking the Fuzhou Antibiotic Venture Capital Center Project as an example,through the interpretation of the design strategy in the scheme creation of the project from planning and layout to individual building,focusing on analyzing the function combination,streamline organization and modeling design,and discusses the design highlights of high-rise office buildings in combination with the application of new technologies and new materials,sharing of relevant information and data collected,so as to provide more ideas,means and experience for type projects.
