摘 要:风分机是烟草行业生产中最重要的生产设备,它利用物料质量的不同,通过风力将物料分离,实现混合物料的区分。为研究不同导流板位置对风分机内部风场分布情况的影响,采用单因素水平设计,以不同的导流板位置为研究对象,通过计算流体动力学的方法对风分机内部流场进行仿真研究。得出导流板的最佳安装位置,大大改善了风分机内部风场分布,进而提高风分效果,为今后的研究提供参考。Wind sorting device is the most important equipment in tobacco industry production. It uses the different masses of materials to separate the materials by wind, so as to distinct the mixed materials. In order to study the influence of different guide plate positions on the internal wind field distribution of the wind sorting warehouse, this paper adopts single-factor horizontal design, takes different guide plate positions as the research object, and carries out simulation research on the internal flow field of the wind sorting warehouse through the method of computational fluid dynamics. Finally, the optimal installation location of the guide plate is obtained, which greatly improves the distribution of the internal wind field of the wind sorting warehouse, and further enhances the effect of wind separation, and provides some theoretical reference for future research.
