摘 要:以某纯电动汽车动力电池系统为例,提出了一种在电动汽车动力电池管理中并联正温度系数(Positive Temperature Coefficient,PTC)电阻的预充电路设计方法。详细介绍了动力电池预充电阻的参数选型和依据。在模拟汽车动力电池环境的基础上设计了相关实验,对动力电池的预充时间、预充温升特性进行了相应的测试。实验结果表明,在动力电池管理中并联PTC电阻的预充电路表现了良好的预充性能,有效地保护了高压继电器。该设计在高温环境下也具有稳定的预充性能。并联PTC电阻的预充电路设计完全符合动力电池预充性能要求,并且该结构稳定性好,为电动汽车的动力电池预充设计提供了参考。Taking a pure electric vehicle power battery system as an example, a design method of precharging circuit with positive temperature coefficient PTC resistor in parallel in electric vehicle power battery management is proposed. Firstly, the parameter selection and basis of power battery precharge resistance are introduced in detail. Then, based on the simulation of automotive power battery environment, the related experiments are designed, and the precharging time and temperature rise characteristics of the power battery are tested. According to the analysis of the experimental results, the precharging circuit with parallel PTC resistor in power battery management shows good precharging performance and effectively protects the high voltage relay. The design also has stable precharge performance in high temperature environment. The precharging circuit design of parallel PTC resistor fully meets the precharging performance requirements of power battery, and the structure has good stability, which provides a reference for the precharging design of power battery of electric vehicles.
