摘  要:针对目前人工去除草莓蒂效率低、人工成本高等问题,研制了一种能够自动去除草莓蒂的装置。该装置主要由给料结构、输送结构、水切割结构、草莓承接结构4部分构成。利用水切割这种柔性切割方式代替人工去除草莓蒂的过程。与人工去蒂过程相比,该装置的去除过程对果肉的损耗少,达到了高效、快捷、干净去除草莓蒂的效果。For the current disadvantages of low efficiency and high labor cost for manual removal of strawberry stalks, develop a device that can automatically remove strawberry stalks. The device is mainly composed of four parts: feeding structure, conveying structure,water cutting structure and strawberry receiving structure. The flexible cutting method of water cutting replaces the process of manually removing the strawberry pedicles. Compared with the manual pedicle removal process, the removal process of this device has less loss of pulp. It achieves the effect of removing the strawberry pedicles efficiently, quickly and cleanly.
