摘 要:为满足某军用越野车能通过公路、飞机、铁路、登陆舰运输的需要,设计开发特殊结构的中置备胎架提高整车通过性。设计过程考虑整车接近角、离去角、整车高度、整车长度、整车宽度、整车重心等因素,采用四连杆备胎机构,应用ADAMS/View及Isight软件的联合优化仿真对运动机构设计优化,应用Hyper Works软件进行强度分析校验,设计出满足需求的备胎机构。In order to meet the requirements of road, aircraft, railway and landing ship transportation, a military off-road vehicle is designed and developed with a special structure of the center spare tire frame to improve the trafficability of the vehicle. In the design process, the approach angle, departure angle, vehicle height, vehicle length, vehicle width, vehicle center of gravity and other factors are considered. The four-bar spare tire mechanism is adopted. The joint optimization simulation of ADAMS/View and Isight software is applied to optimize the design of the motion mechanism. The strength analysis and verification are carried out by HyperWorks software,and the spare tire mechanism meeting the requirements is designed.
