摘  要:随着我国海洋油气资源开发迈向深水,采油船加水下生产系统逐渐成为深水油气田开发的主要模式。惰气发生器系统(IGGS)是采油船上原油存储与外输的重要设备,关乎油气田开发的本质安全。针对传统IGGS故障诊断方法效率低、实用性差等问题,创新性地提出使用贝叶斯网络(BN)的方法。首先,基于对IGGS工作原理、组成结构、故障概率的分析,创建BN。其次,将故障状态作为证据融入BN进行证据推理并确定故障源。最后,结合贝叶斯软件Netica给出南海某采油船IGGS的故障诊断实例,验证了该方法的有效性。研究表明,该故障诊断方法可快速、准确地定位故障源,缩短非生产时间,同时也为海洋工程装备的故障诊断提供了新的思路。With the development of offshore oil and gas resources in China moving towards deep water,the subsea production system of oil recovent vessels has gradually become the main mode of deep-water oil and gas development.Inert gas generator system(IGGS)is an important equipment for crude oil storage and transportation on oil production ships,which is related to the essential safety of oil and gas development.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor practicability of traditional fault diagnosis methods for IGGS,a new method using Bayesian network(BN)is proposed creatively.Firstly,the BN is established based on the analysis of the working principle,composition structure and failure probability of IGGS.Secondly,the fault state is integrated into BN as evidence for evidential reasoning and fault source is determined.Finally,a fault diagnosis example of IGGS of an oil production ship in the South China Sea is given based on Bayesian software Netica,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.The results show that the fault diagnosis method can locate the fault source quickly and accurately and shorten the non-production time.At the same time,it also provides a new idea for the fault diagnosis of Marine engineering equipment.
