摘　　要：针对在缝制设备电控生产制造中应用可视化管理系统的需求,开发了生产制造数据可视化平台。采用基于面向服务的数据集成方式和通用通信协议,搭建了一套Web应用系统,实现了对多业务系统数据和生产环境数据的采集、处理和展示功能,解决了从生产制造过程中获取各类数据并通过丰富的图形图表进行呈现的问题。测试结果表明:现场生产人员可直接从生产看板获取主要指标数据,对生产过程和车间环境进行管控;管理人员可通过数据大屏实时监控特定时期业务完成情况。目前,该可视化平台已经应用于某缝制设备电控生产制造中心。该平台的实现将数据可视化技术有效应用于传统的缝制设备电控制造中,对我国后续缝制行业生产制造数据可视化具有借鉴和指导意义。Manufacturing data visualization platform is developed for the needs of applying visualization management system in electric control manufacturing of sewing equipment.The Web application system is built using a service-oriented data integration approach and common communication protocols to realize the functions of collecting,processing,and displaying data from multiple business systems and production environment,solving the problem of obtaining various data from the production process and presenting it in rich graphics and charts.The test results show that the on-site production personnel can directly obtain the main index data from the production Kanban to control the production process and workshop environment,and the management personnel can monitor the business completion in a specific period in real time through the data big screen.Currently,the visualization platform has been applied to a sewing equipment electric control production manufacturing center.The realization of the platform effectively applies the data visualization technology to the traditional sewing equipment electric control manufacturing,which is of reference and guidance for the subsequent manufacturing data visualization in China's sewing industry.
