摘 要:针对低压配电网的负荷过重且分配不均导致低压配电侧三相不平衡现象恶化的问题,提出了一种考虑储能调节与换相开关协调运行的低压配电网三相不平衡治理方法。在传统换相开关方法的基础上增加储能系统对三相负荷进行削峰填谷。考虑三相不平衡度、换相开关动作次数以及运行成本最小,建立了储能调节与换相开关多时段协调控制模型,利用CPLEX算法包求出全局最优解,并建立考虑储能的换相开关控制策略。仿真结果表明,所提治理方法能有效改善负荷接入不均导致的三相不平衡现象,延长了换相开关使用寿命,保持了系统稳定运行,为三相不平衡治理提供了一种新的可能性。Aiming at the problem that the three-phase unbalance of low-voltage distribution side worsened due to the overload and uneven distribution of low-voltage distribution network,a three-phase unbalance treatment method of low-voltage distribution network is proposed,which considered the coordinated operation of energy storage regulation and commutation switch.Commutation switch in the traditional method since increased energy storage system for three-phase load peak to peel.Consider the three-phase imbalance degree,commutation switch action number and minimum operation cost,the regulation of energy storage and commutation switch time coordinated control model is established.The global optimal solution is obtained by using CPLEX algorithm,and the consideration of energy storage commutation switch control strategy is established.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the three-phase unbalance phenomenon caused by unbalanced load access,prolong the service life of the commutator switch,and maintain the stable operation of the system,which provides a new possibility for the three-phase unbalance treatment.
