摘　　要：目的:分析绘画心理学在维持性血液透析患者实施个体化心理护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年5月赣州市立医院行维持性血液透析治疗的66例尿毒症患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,各33例,对照组采用常规的护理方法,试验组在实行个性化心理护理中运用绘画心理学方法,对两组护理前后的心理情绪、自我效能进行统计比较。结果:试验组护理后的HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后情绪处理、伙伴关系及心理活动管理评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后控制疲劳症状的信心、控制负性情绪的信心、对健康问题的信心、对自我保健行为的信心评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对维持性血液透析患者采取运用绘画心理学的个体化心理护理能够有效缓解其负性心理情绪,促使形成良好的情绪管理状态,并能积极提升其自我效能。Objective:To analyze the application effect of painting psychology in individualized psychological nursing of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method:A total of 66 patients with uremia treated by maintenance hemodialysis in Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given the method of painting psychology in the implementation of personalized psychological nursing.The psychological emotion and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared statistically before and after nursing.Result:The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The scores of emotional processing,partnership and psychological activity management in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The scores of confidence in controlling fatigue symptoms,confidence in controlling negative emotions,confidence in health problems and confidence in self-care behavior in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized psychological nursing with painting psychology of patients with maintenance hemodialysis can effectively alleviate their negative psychological emotions,promote the formation of a good emotional management state,and actively improve their self-efficacy.
