摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理对ICU患者睡眠障碍的干预效果。方法:选择2017年7月-2019年7月中山市人民医院急诊ICU收治的200例合并睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象。2017年7月-2018年7月的100例作为对照组,2018年8月-2019年7月的100例作为观察组。对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组在对照组基础上采取集束化护理方式。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表对两组睡眠质量进行评价,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估两组情绪状况,并比较两组护理满意度。结果:观察组ICU转出前1 d睡眠质量、入眠时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、镇静障碍、日间功能障碍评分及PSQI总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。ICU转出前1 d,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于入组后1 d,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意为99.0%,显著高于对照组的88.0%(P<0.05)。结论:对ICU患者实施集束化护理措施,可提升患者的睡眠质量,改善情绪状态,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of intensive nursing on sleep disorders in ICU patients.Method:A total of 200 patients with sleep disorders admitted to Emergency ICU of Zhongshan People’s Hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects.100 patients from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the control group and 100 patients from August 2018 to July 2019 as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given intensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality of the two groups after the intervention was compared by PSQI,the emotions of two groups were evaluated SAS and SDS,and the nursing satisfaction rate of two groups were compared.Result:The sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,sedation disorder,daytime dysfunction scores and PSQI total score of the observation group 1 d before transfer out of ICU were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 d before transfer out of ICU,the SAS and SDS scores of two groups were significantly lower than those 1 d after enrollment,and the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 99.0%,which was significantly higher than 88.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ICU patients given intensive can improve the quality of sleep and the quality of life of patients,and help to achieve the therapeutic effect,and improve the mood of patients the and nursing satisfaction rate.
