祛疣汤联合维A酸乳膏外用治疗扁平疣的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨在扁平疣患者中应用祛疣汤联合维A酸乳膏外用治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2021年7月江西省皮肤病专科医院收治84例扁平疣患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组予以维A酸乳膏外用治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用祛疣汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、皮损评分、T淋巴细胞亚群水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组皮损数量、瘙痒程度、皮损大小和皮损厚度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:维A酸乳膏外用治疗扁平疣基础上联合祛疣汤口服,可减轻皮损症状,调节免疫功能,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方案。Objective:To investigate the effect of Quyou Decoction combined with Tretinoin Cream for external use in patients with flat warts.Method:A total of 84 patients with flat warts in Dermatology Hospital of Jiangxi Province from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tretinoin Cream externally,and the observation group was treated with Quyou Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion score,T lymphocyte subgroup level and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of skin lesions,itching degree,size and thickness scores of skin lesions of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The external use of Tretinoin Cream combined with Quyou Decoction in the treatment of flat warts can reduce the symptoms of skin lesions and regulate the immune function,it is a safe and reliable treatment plan.
