柳州地区患者NG、CT、UU的感染现状分析

摘　　要：目的:分析广西柳州地区患者泌尿生殖道淋病奈瑟菌(NG)、沙眼衣原体(CT)及解脲脲原体(UU)感染情况。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月-2021年12月柳州市人民医院收治的2 199例患者的临床资料。比较不同性别、年龄患者NG、CT、UU检出情况;比较不同诊断患者NG、CT、UU检出情况。结果:2 199例患者中,阳性率最高的是UU(50.34%),其次是CT(12.37%)、NG(3.50%)。811例男性患者NG、CT、UU的检出率分别为6.66%、14.80%与38.35%;1 388例女性患者NG、CT、UU的检出率分别为1.66%、10.95%与57.35%。男性患者NG、CT检出率均高于女性,UU检出率低于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性和女性患者中NG、CT最高检出年龄段均为≤20岁,女性UU最高检出年龄段为≤20岁,男性UU最高检出年龄段为>40岁且≤50岁。临床诊断明确的女性患者中,NG、CT检出率最高者均为尿道炎(6.25%、18.75%)人群,UU检出率则以女性不孕症(72.72%)最高;临床诊断明确的男性患者中,NG检出最高为尿道炎(19.23%)人群,CT检出率则以附睾炎患者(52.94%)最高,UU检出率最高为不育症患者(41.03%)。结论:NG、CT、UU与人类泌尿生殖道感染性疾病均有密切关系,应注重个人防护、重视体检、积极治疗。Objective:To analyze the infection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG),Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) in urogenital tract of patients in Liuzhou,Guangxi.Method:The clinical data of2 199 patients admitted to Liuzhou People’s Hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The detection of NG,CT and UU in patients of different genders and ages was compared.The detection of NG,CT and UU in patients with different diagnoses was compared.Result:Among 2 199 patients,the highest positive rate was UU (50.34%),followed by CT (12.37%) and NG (3.50%).The detection rates of NG,CT and UU in 811 male patients were 6.66%,14.80% and 38.35%,respectively.The detection rates of NG,CT and UU in 1 388 female patients were 1.66%,10.95% and 57.35%,respectively.The detection rate of NG and CT in male patients were higher than those in female patients,and the detection rate of UU in male patients was lower than that in female patients,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The highest detection age of NG and CT in both male and female patients was ≤20 years old,the highest detection age of UU in female patients was ≤20 years old,and the highest detection age of UU in male patients was >40 and ≤50 years old.Among the female patients with clear clinical diagnosis,the highest detection rate of NG and CT were in urethritis (6.25%,18.75%),while the UU detection rate was the highest in female infertility (72.72%).Among male patients with clear clinical diagnosis,NG was the highest in urethritis (19.23%),CT was the highest in epididymitis (52.94%),and UU was the highest in infertility (41.03%).Conclusion:NG,CT and UU are closely related to human genitourinary tract infectious diseases,so attention should be paid to personal protection,physical examination and active treatment.
