摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预在肝癌患者行介入化疗泵留置热灌注化疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年4月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的60例接受介入化疗泵留置热灌注化疗的肝癌患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例(常规护理)和观察组30例(常规护理+综合护理干预)。比较两组护理前后负面情绪、生活质量评分及并发症情况。结果:护理后1个月,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后1个月,两组SF-36评分均高于护理前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的43.33%(χ^(2)=10.76,P=0.00)。结论:综合护理干预可降低肝癌患者行介入化疗泵留置热灌注化疗术后并发症发生率,有助于缓解患者负面情绪,改善预后生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional chemotherapy pump indwelling hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy.Method:From April 2020 to April 2021,60 patients with liver cancer who undergoing interventional chemotherapy pump indwelling hyperperfusion chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group (routine care) and the observation group (routine care + comprehensive nursing intervention) according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The negative emotions,quality of life scores before and after nursing and complications of two groups were compared.Result:At 1 month after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At 1 month after nursing,the SF-36 scores in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 43.33% in the control group (χ~2=10.76,P=0.00).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications of patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional chemotherapy pump indwelling hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy,help relieve the negative emotions of patients,and improve the quality of life,it is worth popularizing and applying.
