摘 要:目的:探究智能影像分析系统为指导的输尿管软镜碎石术对患者术后创伤应激及并发症发生的影响。方法:将2018年10月-2021年6月石狮市医院收治的80例肾结石患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规输尿管软镜碎石术治疗,观察组则进行智能影像分析系统为指导的输尿管软镜碎石术治疗。比较两组结石清除率、手术时间、并发症(感染、肾周血肿及输尿管穿孔)发生率、手术前后创伤应激指标(血清Cor、ALD、NE)及炎症因子(IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP)水平。结果:观察组结石清除率高于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,术后1、2 d血清创伤应激指标、炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:智能影像分析系统为指导的输尿管软镜碎石术在肾结石患者中的应用效果较好,更有助于术后创伤应激及并发症的控制。Objective:To investigate the influence of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy guided by intelligent image analysis system on postoperative traumatic stress and complications of patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with renal calculus in Shishi City Hospital from October 2018 to June 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine ureteroscopic lithotripsy,the observation group was treated with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy guided by intelligent image analysis system.Then the stone clearance rates,operation time,complications (infection,perirenal hematoma and ureteral perforation) rates,traumatic stress indexes (serum Cor,ALD and NE) and inflammatory stress indexes (IL-1β,TNF-α and CRP) before and after operation of two groups were compared.Result:The stone clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group,the operation time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the serum traumatic stress indexes and inflammatory stress indexes of the observation group at 1 and 2 d after operation were lower than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy guided by intelligent image analysis system in patients with renal calculus is better,and it is more helpful to the control of postoperative traumatic stress and complications of patients.
