超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术在ICU患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在重症监护病房(ICU)患者中应用超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月-2020年9月赣南医学院第一附属医院ICU收治的60例需行桡动脉穿刺置管的患者的临床资料,其中2019年6月-2020年1月行常规桡动脉置管的25例ICU患者为对照组,2020年2-9月行超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管的35例ICU患者作为观察组。比较两组首次穿刺成功率、穿刺次数、穿刺时间及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者的首次穿刺置管成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组穿刺时间短于对照组,穿刺次数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在ICU患者中应用超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术,首次置管成功率高,穿刺时间短,并发症发生率低,安全可靠。Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization in intensive care unit(ICU) patients.Method:The clinical data of 60 patients requiring radial artery catheterization admitted to ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from June 2019 to September 2020 were retrospective analyzed.25 patients received conventional radial artery catheterization from June 2019 to January 2020 were enrolled as the control group,35 patients who underwent ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization from February to September 2020 were selected as the observation group.The first puncture success rate,puncture times,puncture time and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The success rate of first puncture and catheterization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The puncture time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the puncture times in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization in ICU patients has high success rate,short puncture time,low complication rate,which is safety and reliability.
