摘 要:基于TiO_(2)的高折射率和高白度等特性,在光伏双玻组件背板玻璃上涂覆负载TiO_(2)的涂层,可显著提高光伏组件的太阳能利用率。采用丝网印刷工艺制备不同TiO_(2)负载率的无机反射涂层,通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、智能分光测色仪、耐酸性检测和百格测试,研究涂层的结构形貌及理化性能,探讨TiO_(2)的负载率及晶型对涂层反射的影响规律。结果表明:在波段400~700 nm,锐钛矿型TiO_(2)负载率越高,涂层的平均反射率越高,当锐钛矿型TiO_(2)负载率为53%时涂层的平均反射率达83.40%;相同负载率下,负载锐钛矿型TiO_(2)的涂层比负载复合晶型的涂层平均反射率低,复合负载35%锐钛矿型TiO_(2)和15%金红石型TiO_(2)的涂层平均反射率达84.05%。制备的锐钛矿型TiO_(2)反射涂层具有良好的化学稳定性和附着力。Based on the high refractive index and high whiteness of TiO_(2),the coating loaded TiO_(2)on the back plate glass can significantly improve the solar energy utilization of double-glass photovoltaic module.The inorganic reflective coatings with different TiO_(2)loading rates were prepared by screen printing process,the structural morphology and physicochemical properties of the coating were studied by means of scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,intelligent spectrophotometer,acid resistance test and adhesion test,and the effects of TiO_(2)loading rates and crystal types on the reflection of the coating were discussed.The results show that in the wavelength of 400-700 nm,the higher the loading rate of anatase TiO_(2),the higher the average reflectivity of the coating.When the loading rate of anatase TiO_(2)is 53%,the average reflectivity of the coating reaches 83.40%.When the loading rates are the same,the average reflectivity of the coating loaded with anatase TiO_(2)is lower than that of the coating loaded with mixed crystal.When 35%anatase TiO_(2)and 15%rutile TiO_(2)are loaded,the average reflectivity of the coating reaches 84.05%.The prepared anatase TiO_(2)reflective coating presents good chemical stability and adhesion.
